Made-to-Order

All Veloura Collective garments are made to order. By placing an order, you agree to the production timeline provided at the time of purchase (typically 6-8 weeks).

Pricing

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our Site.

Returns and Cancellations

Because our garments are made to order and often customized to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After production has begun, cancellations are not possible.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or repair.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veloura Collective Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
